To see your doctor you will have to make an appointment. For more information or to make an appointment, please call us on 0180 512403 between 08.00 – 10.00 and 13.30 – 16.00 hrs.

Please make a double appointment (20 minutes) if you have more time-consuming problems you want to discuss.

Only if you are a registered patient you can also make the appointment yourself through our online agenda on our homepage in the left column under the heading: Online afspraak maken.

Emergencies

In case of emergency between 8.00am to 5.00pm you can call  0180 512403 and press 1.

Outside office hours please contact central doctor service, dial 0180 512403 or 010 2799262.

Please note that if you have a life threatening emergency, such as chest pain, you must call 112 (ambulance).

Nurse pactitioner

Karishma Badloe, general health. Qualifications include monitoring diabetes, cardiovascular disease, asthma, copd and smoking cessation.

Please call and make an appointment if you need her assistence.

Prescriptions

We take prescription requests:

1. A new prescription by the phone please call 0180 512403, the assistant will handle your request.

2. Through our website only for repeat prescriptions, click here: Herhaalrecepten.

3. At our frontdesk in person between 8.00am to 5.00pm.

We are open for registration of new patients.

Unfortunately we can not offer you this functionality with an english manual (in short: econsultation is not meant for emergencies, we try to answer your question within 3 days, mental problem or problems that might require fysical examination are best treated with an consultation within the office).
